Terms of Use

Digital Product License

All files sold through sv3d.us are digital products licensed for use under the terms described at purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by the applicable license.

Personal (Maker) License — permits printing and using the files for your own personal builds. You may modify the files for personal use and share photos of your completed build. You may not sell printed units, resell the digital files, or redistribute them in any form.

Commercial (Shop) License — permits printing and selling completed units. Does not permit redistribution of the original digital files or sub-licensing to third parties.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Files are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact info@sv3d.us and we will resolve it.

All buyers receive access to updated versions of purchased files if improvements or revisions are released. Updates are provided at no additional cost for the life of the product.

Intellectual Property

All design files, documentation, branding, and content on sv3d.us are the property of SV3D LLC. The ERIX design is an original work. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without the appropriate license is prohibited.

Attribution to SV3D is appreciated when sharing builds publicly, but is not required for personal use license holders.

Liability

SV3D designs are provided for experienced makers and builders. You are responsible for ensuring safe printing practices, correct assembly, and hardware compatibility with your specific components.

SV3D LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, incompatible hardware, or failure to follow provided guidelines. All builds and modifications are undertaken at your own risk.
