Refund Policy
Digital Products — All Sales Final
SV3D sells digital products (STL file bundles). Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and files are non-refundable once delivered.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree that no refund will be issued after the files have been delivered to your account.
Download Issues
If you experience a technical problem with your download — files not delivered, corrupted files, or access issues — contact us at info@sv3d.us and we will resolve it promptly. Technical issues are not subject to the no-refund policy and will always be made right.
File Updates
All buyers receive access to updated versions of purchased files if improvements or revisions are released. Updates are delivered automatically at no additional cost for the life of the product. This is our commitment to every buyer.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, accidental duplicate purchases. To request a review, contact info@sv3d.us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
